Pastel de Nata 2022 – ”A beautifully hand crafted Pastel de Nata, with a generous filling, good lamination to the pastry and a lovely rich caramelisation on the custard. The pastry is buttery and flaky in the mouth and the custard smooth with a hint of vanilla. This is a well made, delicious tart”.

Raspberry Pastel de Nata 2022 – ”A terrific example, with beautifully laminated pastry, sweet and silken custard and tart, bright, fresh raspberry. Very fresh, delicate and refreshing in feel while also creamily indulgent. Delightful”.
